“Just an FYI – since we changed the screens back to .5 MM from the .4 MM, we are now running 119 lbs of sugar plus 4% starch for a total of 123.76 lbs per minute through the mill. This equates to 7,425.6 lbs per hour of 12x. Amazingly, this is being achieved with the motor amps in the 83A to 85A range. Vibration and temperatures are within range too. Based on this, I would say the upgrade to the system was well worth the time, money and effort.”
